This is a Livi mechanically designed layer house that can raise 30,000 layers using H-type layer cage.
House Dimensions: The poultry house measures 60 meters in length, 13 meters in width, and 4 meters in height.
Capacity: It is designed to accommodate 30,000 egg-laying chickens.
Cage Specification: Utilizing H-type layer cage, a total of 160 sets are required. Each H-type cage has 4 tiers and 4 doors, with a capacity of 192 chickens per set.
Maximum Capacity: With 160 sets of H-type cages, the poultry house can house up to 30,720 chickens.
Layout: The cages are arranged in 4 rows, with 40 sets of cages in each row.
Automation: The poultry house is equipped with automated chicken farming equipment, including egg collection, manure removal, and feeding systems.
Efficiency: This automated setup ensures efficient management of the chicken farm, optimizing egg production and minimizing labor requirements.
