For a chicken farmer, livi Machinery has designed a layer house scheme that can raise 20,000 chickens in layer battery cage.

Shed Dimensions:

The shed measures 50 meters in length, 10 meters in width, and 4 meters in height, providing ample space for accommodating 20,000 egg-laying hens.

Cage Configuration:

Utilizing H-type layer cages, each capable of housing 192 chickens, totaling 105 sets.

Each set of layer battery cage consists of 4 tiers with 4 doors, maximizing space utilization.

The chicken house is divided into 3 rows, with 35 sets per row, ensuring sufficient space for the hens to move around.

Aisle Design:

Aisle width between cages is approximately 0.8 meters, facilitating easy movement and management by personnel.

Automation Equipment:

Installation of automated feeding, manure cleaning, egg collection equipment, and feed silos to enhance farming efficiency.

Automation reduces manual labor, thereby improving production efficiency and quality.

Integrated Management:

Implementing systematic management of the farming process to enhance productivity and product quality.

Regular maintenance of equipment to ensure cleanliness of the shed environment and the health of the hens.

Through these layer house designs, efficient and automated farming processes are achieved, providing a conducive living environment for the hens while enhancing production efficiency and product quality.
