Each cage unit has the following dimensions: 1200mm in length, 625mm in width, and 430mm in height. These cages are designed to house 208 pullets per unit, providing an optimal living space for each bird. With 63 sets of battery cages per row and 4 rows in total, this setup accommodates a total of 52,416 pullets.

These pullets battery cages are arranged to provide easy access to the chickens for feeding, watering, and maintenance. The cage design promotes a high-density housing system, allowing farmers to maximize their investment in terms of poultry production without sacrificing the welfare of the birds.
Each cage unit can house 208 chicks, ensuring that the space within the poultry house is fully utilized. With 63 sets of battery cages per row and 4 rows in total, this setup can comfortably accommodate 52,416 pullets. Environmental Control System

- Cooling System (Water Curtains)
To combat the high temperatures often experienced in hot climates like Kenya, the poultry house is equipped with four water curtains. Each water curtain measures 3 meters in length and 2.5 meters in height, providing effective cooling to maintain a comfortable environment for the birds. The cooling system ensures that the temperature inside the poultry house remains consistent, even in the heat of summer. - Ventilation System (Exhaust Fans)
Proper ventilation is essential for air circulation and maintaining the right humidity levels. This poultry house is fitted with 12 exhaust fans, each measuring 1.4 meters by 1.4 meters. These fans are strategically placed to ensure that fresh air flows through the entire chicken house, helping to reduce excess moisture and heat while maintaining optimal oxygen levels for the birds. - Side Windows (Side Ventilation)
The house is also equipped with 70 sets of side windows, each measuring 570mm by 280mm. These windows enhance the natural ventilation within the house, providing additional airflow and allowing for passive temperature regulation. They help to reduce the reliance on mechanical ventilation systems and keep the internal environment more stable.
