Chicken House Dimensions:
The chicken house measures 74*8*3.5 meters and is of the semi-enclosed type. And it provide a suitable environment for optimal egg production.
Layer Cage Type Selection:
The chosen cage type is the A-type layer battery cage, consisting of 4 tiers and 5 doors. Each set of A-type cages can accommodate 160 hens, providing ample space for the birds to move and lay eggs comfortably.
Quantity of Cages:
To house 10,000 chickens, a total of 64 sets of A-type layer battery cages are required. These layer chicken cages will be arranged in 2 rows, with 32 sets in each row. It optimize space utilization within the chicken house.
The proposed solution includes a range of automatic poultry equipment to streamline farming operations:
Automatic Feeding System: A gantry-type feeding system will ensure consistent and timely feeding of the chickens. It minimize manual labor and ensuring optimal nutrition for the birds.
Automatic Manure Removal System: A flat-belt manure removal system, installed with elevated A-type cage bottoms, will efficiently remove waste from the chicken house, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
Feed Silo: A feed silo will be installed to store and dispense feed, ensuring a steady supply of food for the chickens without the need for frequent refilling.
